03.11.2015 at 14:24h
FK Sarajevo will play against Slavija within the rematch of the 1/8 finals of the Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina. The match, which is taking place at the “Asim Ferhatović-Hase” Olympic Stadium, is scheduled for Wednesday, 4 November at 13:30 hrs.
Our players are already with one foot in the next round of the competition, considering that the first match took place fourteen days ago in East Sarajevo and ended with a convincing victory of the Maroon Club, with the 4:1 result. As a reminder, the Maroon Club played an excellent match, in which the goals were scored by Ševko Okić, Krsto Velkoski and two of them by Leon Benko. Barić scored the only goal for the home team, the Slavija team, in the second half of the match.
Sarajevo awaits the match against Slavija after the victory against Sloboda in the last, 14th Matchday, of BH Telecom Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Considering the upcoming match against Olimpic at the weekend, it is expected that at tomorrow's match the Coaching Staff will give the opportunity to young players of the Club's Academy who showed their talent in good games for U-17 and U-19 teams of the Maroon Club.
What also needs to be mentioned is that the main referee of the match will be Emir Spahalić, and his assistants will be Goran Dujak, Mirza Čehajić and Mateo Musa. The match delegate will be Lazar Martinović and the referee observer will be Suvad Musić.
EXPECTATIONS: Advan Kadušić, FK Sarajevo young first team player, who, for the second time, officially performed in the jersey of the Maroon Club in the first match against Slavija, stated prior to the match that he expects an active game of our Club and the confirmation of the qualifications for the 1/4 Cup finals.
- “We did a good job in the first match and with one foot we have qualified for the next competition round, but we have to confirm the result from the first match on our stadium. We must not slow down, with an active game we must reach the results that will ensure our further placement” said Kadušić.
WEATHER: The participants of the match will enjoy a nice and sunny November day in the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina with the forecast of maximum air temperature of 18 degrees.
TICKETS: The management of FK Sarajevo decided to allow free entrance to this duel within the biggest football competition in the country, and the grandstands “North– Vedran Puljić” and “East” will be open. We should point out that the owners of seasonal tickets for the grandstands “West” and “West Gallery” will be able to watch the match from the “West Gallery” grandstand.
