Sarajevo's host, the team of Slavija, after six played matchdays is in the sixth place of the league table with nine points won. After a poor opening of the season and two consecutive draws and a defeat by Sloboda from Tuzla in Matchday 3, Slavija replaced the coach, and Slavija returnee, Darko Vojvodić, consolidated the ranks and achieved two victories and one draw in the last three matches. They won an away match against Olympic, and a home match against Drina, and in the last matchday, they played a draw with Travnik at the „Pirota“ Stadium.
In the first matches of the 2015/16 season, Damir Rovčanin was the outstanding individual in the line-up of Slavija with two scored goals and he is out of this match due to the third yellow card which is the same number Emir Zeba received.
On the other side, our Sarajevo, after the victory against Rudar from Prijedor, spent the league break in a calm and working atmosphere. The players selected by Dženan Uščuplić trained hard every day and prepared themselves for the upcoming league matches. Krste Velkoski and Ahmad Kallasi were excused from the training sessions due to their national team appearances. The one thing that makes our Coaching Staff happy is the improved health condition of Dario Purić and Džemal Berberović who are successfully recovering from their injuries.
