Hebibović and Novaković give Sarajevo win over Široki Brijeg

Football players of Sarajevo won ten times in a row. On today’s match in 21st round of BH Telecom Premier League of Bosnia and Herzegovina, players of manager Mehmed Janjoš overcome Široki Brijeg with the result of 2:0.

Great first half brought a lot of chances in front of the goal of Široki Brijeg. Maroon Club had a great opening. Hebibović with the precise shot scored for the lead of Sarajevo in 7th minute and the assistance was Elvis Sarić. Novaković had a header but the ball went over the goal and Ahmetović had a nice shoot with the left leg in 13th minute, but the ball goes by the right goalpost.

A few minutes later Almir Bekić found Hebibović whose shot with the all afford was defended by the goalkeeper of the guests’ team. Crnkić had his chance too but it didn’t bring the change in the result and near the second goal was Duljević, whose shot after good dribbling went over the goal. On the other side, the best chances for Široki Brijeg had Zlomislić and Lončar, whose long shoots couldn’t go through Bojan Pavlović.

In the first minute of the second half, Široki Brijeg threatened two times from distance and our football players had a good chance through Duljević who shots by the goalpost after a good pass on the right side. Big chance Sarajevo had in 67th minute. Hodžić gave a good one to Hebibović who passes Bralić but shoots on the well positioned Bilobrk on the goal of Široki Brijeg. The second well deserved goal on the match Sarajevo scored in 72nd minute. Duljević had a great put in from the corner and Novaković with the header scores for Sarajevo.

After a few minutes Sarajevo could score again. Hebibović went alone in front of Bilobrk but the goalkeeper gets out of this situation like a winner.  Until the end of the match Sarajevo had another great chance when Ahmetović from a good position shoots directly in the goalkeeper.

 In the next round Sloboda will be hosting Sarajevo in Tuzla and before that on the schedule is returning match of 1/4 of Bosnia and Herzegovina Cup in which Sarajevo will be guest in Travnik. We remind you that the first match was finished with the result of 2:0 for Sarajevo at Koševo stadium.
