Sarajevo and Zrinjski played draw on Koševo, Maroon Club mourns missed chances and penalty

Football players of Sarajevo and Zrinjski played draw on Koševo. Derby match of 3rd round of playoff for champions of Bosnia and Herzegovina finished without victory and the nets on the biggest stadium in the state remain unattached. Sarajevo can only mourn missed chances, because our players missed the penalty and some very good chances for scoring a goal.
First half brought very careful play on the middle of the field, without many chances, but Sarajevo was closer to score a goal. Our players didn’t use the opportunity in 36th minute when they missed penalty. Ahmetović was irregularly stopped in penalty area after which the referee points on the white dot. Elvis Sarić takes a ball, but the shot from our player defended by Zrinjski’s goalkeeper Pirić. It is worth pointing out that before the penalty for Maroon Club, Stojkić had a chance for Zrinjski, but his shoot, after the mistake of our goalkeeper goes over the goal.
Our players open the continuation of the match. Hebibović got rid of his guardians, gets in front of Pirić, but the goalkeeper catches the ball. It was the 62nd minute of the match went the guest’s goal was touched. Sarić passes a good one to Katanec, who shoots and hits a frame of the goal. In next round Sarajevo will be guest on Grbavica, against Željezničar. Before that, on the schedule is the first match of ½ finals of Bosnian and Herzegovina Cup in which Sarajevo will be hosting Mladost. The match is scheduled for Wednesday, 12 April in 19:30h.
